All property details can include a floor plan at no extra cost to you.
For Sale signs will only be erected with your express permission.
Once your property has come under offer we will keep you updated on a regular
basis, and keep you informed of the progress right up to completion, we know
the frustrations of being kept in the dark.
WHY NOT USE OUR FACILITIES TO SELL YOUR HOME YOURSELF
We will prepare the property details on your behalf, advertise
on our website and inform you of any interested parties, and you deal with the
viewings and negotiations from there on in. The charge for this option is £175.00
+ vat where applicable. This is a one off fee payable in advance and none returnable.
